3. To Develop a Workforce Plan Review and Evaluation Briefing Report:

Review of Workforce Plan:

The prescribed workforce plan which comprises the rules & regulation and guidelines about the
situation of workplace. The required plan should be created according to the needs and wants of
the staff members. Although, this plan should be mandatory to implement within the
organization and all staff members & employees need to adopt the preferred workforce plan.
According to the preferences of the employees, the policies and procedures should be made on
those preferences so that employee will work hard and get profit for the organization (De, et al.,
2015).

Briefing Report and Evaluation of the Workforce Plan:

Introduction

The evaluation brief report comprises of the detailed information about the situation of
workforce conditions. For developing and adapting the soothing culture of the organization,
workforce situation should be implemented in the organization.

Analysis of workforce detailed information of data

We determine the data of workforce information successfully. We developed and establish a new
department in the organization for the teaching activities. Although, the cost of particular
department will arise (Edwards & Palmer, 2019).

External Trend Reviews:

Technological Environment: The Technological environment across the organization ensure


that all the relevant activities should by comply with the updated technology of work.

Political Environment: Political environment mainly focus on the healthy relation of


organization with the ruling government party, so that they get subsidy benefit from officials.

Legal Environment: Through the use legal factors, organization need to evaluate and analyse
some legal procedures which is having the direct connection with the workforce conditions. This
will help to control and monitor the company from outside and inside accordingly.

Determination of Focus Group Results:

Through the determination of distinct focus group result which help them to gather the detailed
information about the situation of workforce. As an outcome, workforce plan is made according
to the preference of the staff members. This result in ensuring the effective workforce conditions.

Effectiveness of the workforce plan

The basic condition and framework should be provided to develop effectively and efficiently to
monitor the workforce plan at the workplace. The strategic workforce plan must ensure that the
company is able to manage the workforce condition in an efficient manner which ultimately lead
the company to gain satisfaction among the employees (De, et al., 2015).

Conclusion

According to the above brief report, we conclude that workforce plan plays an imperative role
for the success of any organization or a company by adopting the policies and procedures within
the organization.
