JOB PURPOSE

Reports to the Equipment Operations and Maintenance Manager and responsible for the optimization of equipment
dispatch and scheduling for the whole operations and maintenance. He/she collaborates with the different
operations and maintenance section to check availability, utilization, maintenance schedule and other related
concerns during, prior and after dispatch to the project site.

JOB DESCRIPTION DELIVERABLES

1.0 KRA : Strategic Governance


Responsible in leading his subordinates to achieve all strategic programs of the
BU.

1.1 Implementing strategic programs cascaded by management and ensures a


top and down approach of the strategies, key performance indicators and
other management mandated strategies is cascaded down the line to the
subordinates.

2.0 KRA : Policies Generation and Implementation


Responsible in monitoring his subordinates towards proper implementation of
the company’s policies and procedures.
2.1 Ensuring implementation of company’s policies and procedures to
subordinates.

3.0 KRA : People Engagement


Responsible in the handling and guiding of his subordinates to meet their KPIs.

3.1 Supervise and manage all subordinates in accordance to their job


description, responsibility and deployment to project sites.
3.2 Checks and approves manpower time record keeping.

3.3 Appraising performance, addressing minor complains and resolving


problems that rise from equipment operation.

4.0 KRA : Control Measures


Responsible in monitoring and giving update regarding the parameters of all
equipment.

4.1 Initiating, monitoring and reporting performance parameters of all


equipment.
4.2 Checks availability and manages utilization of the whole equipment fleet.
4.3 Reports documentations and processes equipment operation daily time
record (EODTR) for billing submittal and maintenance planning.

5.0 KRA : Quality Systems


Responsible in observing overall processes of his section to ensure compliance,
alignment and consistency.

5.1 Ensuring work procedures is in compliance of company policies and


procedures and adheres to ISO standards.

5.2 Reports and documentations of the tasks assigned to him/her.

5.0 KRA : Environment, Safety & Health


Responsible in collaborating with QESSH to ensure alignment and promotes
safety measures in all deliverables.

5.1 Sets example of awareness and care for environment and health.
5.2 Promotes safety as paramount importance in execution of all strategies
and work-related deliverables.

5.3 Working with QESSH to ensure that the facility and activities is in
compliance with all applicable permits and regulations.

5.0 KRA : Reports generation and management


Responsible in providing all applicable reports of his section.
5.1 Weekly equipment utilization report for all equipment.
5.2 Checking of utilization and availability of equipment on a monthly basis.
5.3 Site inspection and checking of equipment usage and installation.

1.0 Educational Background:


1.1 Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

2.0 License Requirement (if any):


2.1 Preferably with professional license
2 Preferable with driving license.

3.0 Years of Work Experience (Relevant to the Area of Professional Expertise):


3.1 Three (3) years’ experience in earthmoving equipment which includes operation and basic
3.2 maintenance.
Knowledgeable in ERP software and platform.
