            To deliver customers an affordable but quality product by connecting people
within one community, offering them the utmost convenience, and giving an avenue for
aspiring entrepreneurs without investing immense capital.

Vision
            To be the world’s first platform of choice in the new normal standard of
convenience through offering a customer-friendly product.

Core Values
Accountability. Work accountability is vital. It is our job to act for the company and not
running away from our responsibility.
Adaptability from changes. It is crucial to create a business that could adapt to any
changes most especially in these times.  
Deliver the best result. Giving the customer the best service could make them want
more and buy more. 
Earn Trust. Earning the trust of the people is the best way to start any business. Their
trust is our foundation to make the firm lasts.
Giving back to the community. The importance of the community that we had created
must be valued through giving them back what they deserve. 
Innovation. We need to think outside the box since it will make us leave a good
impression compared to other businesses. We should not settle for less to meet the
needs of the customers.
Integrity to work. Building good morals and honesty as the standard of the
relationship.
Valuing the customers. Customers are the lifeblood of our business and it is important
to value them for they are the reason for our success.
Goals:
Short-term 
Goal 1: To ensure that we can sell 85% of the items within the first quarter of the year.
Goal 2: To have less than 10% sale of returns for the first quarter of the year.
Goal 3: To increase on-time delivery from 90%-95% in the first quarter of the year.
Long-term 
Goal 1: To be the first platform of choice in the world of online business.
Goal 2: To increase the overall brand awareness.
Goal 3: To increase the company’s market share.

Objectives:
Short-term
- To enhance the sales channels to increase market control and improve profitability.
We could make it by having resellers from a different kind of place.
- To give the customer the quality of the product that they deserve.
- To add another 10-employees specifically delivery driver or carrier in the first quarter
of the year. 
Long-term
- To be competitive enough in terms of giving a quality standard service and product to
the customers through expanding the business and making it known to the world.
- To continue promoting the brand to people around the world by posting it on any social
media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. 
- To improve the company’s profitability through a high return on investment,
productivity, and good corporate image.
