For the requirements of this assignment, the student need to choose one organisation and apply decision making
process, the decision making models, the interest of stakeholders, the seven C's of decision making, the

implications of the decisions, and evaluating the decisions.

The scenario of the assignment very clearly says that the student may select the organisation he is working for, or
he may choose any other organisation as per his convenience.

It is highly advised to the student to go through and understand the scenario of the assignment very well before
starting the work.

For example the student might choose Nike as the selected organisation where the student has to clearly mention
in task 1 that what are the problems or opportunities which are coming to the way of Nike for which it needs to
make the sound decisions. The student has to explain not theoretically about the stakeholders but the student has
to explain who are the stakeholders for Nike and what kind of Expectations they have when talking about the
problem.

The student may highlight one of the problems in it which is for example that the inefficiency of the newly hired
employees due to which the customer Service Department is receiving frequent complaints from the customers.
