Make a paper Dalmatian puppy to adopt as your very own. Name your
new puppy and fill out a Certificate of Adoption to make it official!
Instructions:
• Print on card stock paper.
• Cut along solid lines. Kids: do not use scissors without adult supervision.
• Fold head in half at dotted line before gluing the white sides together.
Make sure to line up the edges before the glue dries.
• Fold body along dotted lines. Glue or tape the blue tab to assemble body.
• Fold feet and tail on the dotted line.
• Fold in tab at neck and insert head.





