Tracking
Under the ‘Vehicle’ tab of the LocoNav dashboard, you
will be able to track the movement of any particular
vehicle in your fleet. This is primarily useful in identifying
the routes taken by the vehicle. Using the data gathered
by the devices and the intelligent analytic tools on our
dashboard, you can use this to optimise routes by
identifying bottlenecks in the routes, heavy traffic
timings, planned/unplanned halts, idle times etc. Using
the ‘line’ button, you can follow the entire movement of
the vehicle as it will be recorded. While the recording of
the route is playing, you will be shown a small pop-up
over the vehicle with the live-time speed and
time-of-day. The time and date settings can be
customised according to your requirements.
Geo - Fencing
Create geofences for all the various points at which it
is imperative that tracking happens. This can be done
in multiple ways; choosing a region/sub-region on
Google Maps or by entering the latitudes and
longitudes of the location. The area of the geofence
can be customised according to your requirements.
By default, the geofenced area is a square but this
can also be customised to any polygonal shape if
required.
Tagging
In the ‘Vehicle’ tab of the dashboard, you will be
shown a list view of all your vehicles and their live
status - Running, Intermittent, Halt or Off, which will
be characterised by the colours green, yellow, red
and blue respectively. Along with the duty status, you
will also get stats such as the live speed and the
distance traveled. Tags can be added to each vehicle
as well to help filter your searches in the future.

Document Manager
Document compliance manager lets you view your
entire fleet’s requisite legal documents attached to
the vehicle. You just need to add the vehicle details
such as Vehicle number, Brand, Model, Model year.
Once the vehicle is added, you can proceed to add
any and all documents related to that vehicle along
with the photo upload of the document. You can add
reminders based on the renewal date of the
documents and you will be alerted both on your
phone as well as email.
Route Geofencing/Route Master
Routemaster enables you to create specific routes.
The benefits of creating routes are :

 On Board Diagnostics
OBD is the standardised system that allows external electronics to
interface with a car’s computer system. It has become more
important as cars have become increasingly computerised, and
software has become the key to fixing many problems and
unlocking performance. It provides access to data from the engine
control unit (ECU) and offers a valuable source of information
when troubleshooting problems inside a vehicle. With the help of
the OBD device, we are able to accurately capture battery health
status, monitor fuel efficiency, prevent unsafe driving, remote
diagnostics, vehicle speed, RPM, idling times, speeding,
hard/sudden acceleration and braking, and over-revving.
 Predictive Maintenance Alerts
The OBD Device gives DTC (Distress Signal Codes) along with
location and Time Stamps.The LocoNav’s system identifies ,
classifies and infers readable information out of those
codes.Real Time Alerts are generated in case of problem
identification. These codes are stored for a vehicle, and all
the data gathered is used to identify any possible future
breakdown in a specific circuit.
For Ex: During High loads, the ECU adapts to the load by
triggering fuel trims (both Long Term and Short term fuel
trims). Similarly in case of air leakage in the intake system, a
different pattern of DTC are generated. With a large pool of
data, using ML Algorithms, these patterns are used to target
specific circuits for a possible failure that could occur in near
future.
Engine Health
Real Time monitoring of the above provided parameters.
Any detection of malfunction is instantly captured and
relayed over to the server. The OBD devices provides
over 2000 different codes from Engine and in-built
accelerometer which give precise data point
informations about Engine Health.
LocoNav also provides a system check-list for generic
troubleshooting where-in a user can himself
troubleshoot all the major circuits (coolant, oil circuit,
wiring & fuse circuit, Air Intake and Emissions/Exhaust
system).
Driving Behaviour Analysis
OBD Device has an in-built accelerometer. The data from
accelerometer combined with maps data and Engine
Data is used as feed in our proprietary Driving behaviou
algorithm to rate the driving behaviour of the driver

Expense Management
The Expense Management dashboard gives you a clear picture of
all your budgeting and expenditure. You can view the number of
cards that are currently active, the consolidated spending through
all the cards, average spends and whether their balance is running
low. The account details act as your Wallet and is the master
account. Money is first loaded into the wallet before being
distributed to the prepaid cards. This gives the client complete
control over all the budgeting that he/she requires.

Prepaid Cards
In this section, you are able to view all the prepaid
cards that have been assigned to drivers in the form
of a list. From this dashboard, you will be able to
transfer money from the prepaid card back to the
wallet (master account). This is particularly useful
when the previously assigned card is not going to
be in use for an extended period. This plays a
massive role in controlling the expenditure and
ensuring zero expense pilferage.

spending against that. This will help you manage
the expenditure, control all expense related
pilferages and eventually optimise the spending
per trip. You will be able to see the expenditure of
a completed trip as well as an ongoing trip, thereby
giving you complete control over your expenses.

relationship by managing service scheduling of vehicles sold
through his outlet. Besides, all the servicing issues are recorded
and maintained on the platform which can serve as a feedback for
OEM Manufacturer to collect and collate service requirements
and improve designs of components.
