1. COMPETENCIES:

a. Strategic planning & Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team to complete all project
deliverables on schedule and as directed. Assists others as needed and is always looking for ways
to improve connections with team members. Due to a lack of communication and cooperation
among team members, failure to create teamwork will result in diminished team performance.

b. Domain knowledge: Keeps up with current trends and applies applicable domain research skills to
current projects. Always acquiring new skills, keeping up with business & domain related news, and
conversing with industry experts. The team's ability to deliver high-quality work will suffer if they do not
increase their domain understanding.

c. Communication: Ability to communicate thoughts on project deliverables either verbally or in writing.


Good communication is characterized by the use of correct grammar, professional presentation, clear and
succinct messages. Since team members would not be able to grasp ideas put forth if communication is
poor, the team's performance will suffer.
