This is to confirm that the beneficiary Mr. Rashiq Subani Shaik, an employee of KFORCE
TECH LLC DBA INFOSOFT SOLUTIONS will be consigned to work with TCS/AMEX and
their location is 18850 N 56th St, Phoenix, AZ 85054.

Mr. Rashiq Subani Shaik will be working in the capacity of Ab Initio Developer and will be
performing the below job duties.

 Prepare, an assessment of the resource requirements, time requirements, impact on

other Projects, and other information as required to make an informed business
decision.
 Create detailed schedules that specify a detailed level of activity, including the
planned start dates, completion dates, hours and required resources for activities to
be performed.
 Identify any pre-existing software components (e.g., code libraries) and tools to be
used.
 Providing technical subject matter expertise in the development of technical
requirements and managing the process of analyzing and developing
technical
 requirements (including information integration requirements) with the business
and technology staff.
 Developing detailed requirements for all Projects, including developing the
systems requirements Documentation, identifying all Application interfaces,
identifying and
 documenting the anticipated impact to existing Applications, identifying and
 documenting all client, End User functions and third-party contractors that will be
impacted by the proposed change, and developing a high-level conceptual design
for the proposed change that accurately represents the current process.
 Completing analysis of the high-level Designs and working with the system
engineers to identify an appropriate detailed Design for the project.
 Generating all code required to complete and implement each Project.
 Develop the necessary interfaces to new and existing systems including third party
software packages, distributed systems, peripheral equipment, or any other
required systems on an enterprise-wide basis as applicable and as authorized by
client.
 Preparing an application specific testing plan.
 Defining business test scripts (i.e., a definition of the steps necessary to perform a
given business function test). Defining IT test scripts that are tied back to technical
design documents.
 Validating test results and performs root cause analysis on the defects.
 Coordinate unit, integration, stress, performance and user acceptance tests on each
Software Product.

 Providing support as reasonably requested by to successfully implement the

deliverables from the Project into production.
 Participate with team members in subjecting the Project to a post-implementation
review process that will include an analysis of how the business system(s) resulting
from the Project measured up against the Post-Implementation Performance Factors
established for such Project. Such process will include the Project participants.
 Follow the Change Management Procedures defined.
 Responsible for designing, developing and/or maintaining up-to-date documentation
on the Services, including for existing Applications and new Applications developed
or installed.
 Propose modifications or alternatives to the process described if such changes or
alternatives will be more cost effective or will provide other benefits and shall
implement such changes or alternatives as requested or approved. Supporting in the
management and representation of technology product and service offerings to its
internal clients.
 Responsible to implement all ETL procedures for all new projects and maintain
effective awareness of all production activities according to required standards and
provide support to all existing applications.
 Documents all technical and system specifications documents for all ETL processes
and perform unit tests on all processes and prepare required programs and scripts.
 Analyze and interpret all complex data on all target systems and analyze and provide
resolutions to all data issues.
 Perform root cause analysis on all processes and resolve all production issues and
validate all data and perform routine tests on databases and provide support to all ETL
applications.
 Provide support to all ETL schedule and maintain compliance to same and develop
and maintain various standards to perform ETL codes and maintain an effective
project life cycle on all ETL processes.
 Monitor all business requirements and validate all designs and schedule all ETL
processes and prepare documents for all data flow diagrams.
 Responsible for determining the requirements for, and participating in, the
development of end user training for the business system(s) resulting from Projects
including the roll -out of workshops, self-study guides and computer-based training.

The above position of Ab Initio Developer is classified as “Specialty Occupation” and

requires bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or its equivalent in the related filed.

Mr. Rashiq Subani Shaik’s work at AMEX is arranged through mutual contracts between KK
Associates LLC, TCS and KFORCE TECH LLC DBA INFOSOFT SOLUTIONS. Mr.
Rashiq Subani Shaik will be working as a contractor at AMEX and will always remain an
employee of KFORCE TECH LLC DBA INFOSOFT SOLUTIONS. KFORCE TECH LLC
DBA INFOSOFT SOLUTIONS has the right to control the terms, conditions, pays the salary,
as sole control to hire, supervise or terminate the Beneficiary and conduct the performance
reviews.

KK Associates LLC or TCS/AMEX are not responsible for any of the above activities and
there is no Employer-Employee relation as such between Mr. Rashiq Subani Shaik and KK
Associates LLC or TCS or AMEX.

Mr. Rashiq Subani Shaik will be working in this project is expected to run till Mar 2023 with
a high possibility of extension thereafter.
