A leading bank in North America acquired a bank and identified over 500 applications at
TSFG for decommissioning as part of the integration. In accordance with legal and
regulatory requirements, application data will be classified for retention in an archive
system. Decommissioned applications will result in savings from reduced licensing and
maintenance costs.

The objective of this project is to identify the applications that require archiving and to gather
business requirements for a proposed archive solution. The archive requirements will feed
the detailed technical design and implementation of the archive solution, which are not in
scope for this requirements phase of the project.

The approach involves identifying all applications currently in use, classifying the application
data according to regulatory retention requirements, conducting joint requirement sessions
and interviews with business users, and analyzing the types and formats of the data that will
be retained. All requirements will be documented, followed by review sessions to validate
the requirements.

products have the highest GM points when building solutions to our customers. Gross
margin is imperative to a profitable solution for our customer. HHO TOMI order
management system does not have any GM points available presently. TOMI needs to have
GM points at the component level to give direction to the sales floor. It increases the
ownership at the sales architect level. The main idea behind implementing this project was
to develop a compensation framework that drives business results based on profit.
