Summary: Managing product development of an analytics tool that is instrumental in helping HP proactively
manage devices that are leased to large enterprises and SMBs via the Device as a Service (DaaS) initiative, with
focus on device management features that aim to keep devices up-to-date and crash-free. Additionally, a member of

Summary: Managed a highly visible global program that brought a new bag scanning app on a ruggedized Android
device to ‘Below The Wing’ frontline employees. This program was one of the key initiatives of the Baggage 2020
vision, which aimed at bringing United to the forefront in the world of Baggage Operations Technology. Key
components of the project included Agile development of the app, and deployments across all domestic and
international hubs and line stations. This program started in Jan of 2015 with the expected completion date of Q4
2017. Additionally, I was a member of the Mobile Steering Committee, helping shape the support, maintenance and
asset management model/strategy of over 15,000 enterprise-wide mobile devices.

 Managed large global IT projects with varying complexity in the Airport Operations division, with focus on

management tool that could manage personal and company owned devices agnostic of the OS. I was responsible for
multiple scrum teams in different geographical locations, owning and specializing in different components of the
product.
