Dear Maam,

Greetings in Jesus name!

The Department of Education is conducting the 2021 Brigada Eskwela from August 3 to
September 30, 2021 with the theme, “Filipino at mga Katutubong Wika sa Dekolonisasyon
ng Pag-iisip ng mga Pilipino”.

Brigada Eskwela aims to bring together all education stakeholders to participate and
contribute their time, effort, and resources to prepare public school facilities for the opening
of the school year in September despite of pandemic.

In line with this, we are humbly knocking at your kind heart to send us help clean the school
grounds or sending us monetary or kind donations which will be used to repair and improve
our classrooms and other school facilities.

A motorcade will start the program on August 23 and ends on September 30, 2021. If you
are willing to be a part of it, you may come to the school on or in between the dates
mentioned when you are available to volunteer.

Thank you so much. We are looking forward to seeing you being a part of the said school
program.
