 Terms and Conditions
Offer validity:
This proposal is valid for Four years (4 Years) Calendar days.

Payment Terms:
Request to pay 20% while laying pipe on the roof of each Floor, 30% after Group Cutting, Pipe Fitting
and MK box fitting on each Flat, 35% during Cable wiring, Switch Fittings, 10% During GI wire Laying,
and remaining 5% after Project Hand over.

Other Installation works (According to the Customer Requests) Will be priced according to the current
market price.

Delivery & Installation:

Installation, Testing & Commissioning time depends on payment and handover Schedule (4 Years).
