“Concept of Ethics and its importance as a Business Administration student”

Ethics comes from the greek word ethos which means “character”. It is a systematic approach
to analyzing and understanding matters of right and wrong of how human individual ought to
act as they relate to the well-being of and the relationships among beings who are able to
perceive or feel things.

General De Jesus College is responsible for training the students of BSBA as future managers,
executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, and successful negotiators. In my personal
opinion, studying Ethics as a Business Administration student will benefit me with knowledge
and intelligence in principles, making ethical decisions in business and at work, negotiation skills
and effective leadership.
