RULE BOOK
ELIGIBILITY:
The Mahindra Rise Challenge is open to first year bonafide students currently pursuing a two-year
flagship PGP/MBA program in the following business schools only:
Note: For the Mahindra Rise Challenge, students from other streams such as the Part-Time Program,
Management Development Program, Executive MBA Program, FPM Program, and not from the
above-listed schools, are not eligible to participate.
Violation of the Eligibility criteria will automatically disqualify a participant and bar him/her from
moving ahead in the contest.
PARTICIPATION FORMAT:
• Students will take part in the competition on an individual basis.
• Each student can register only once
• Students are required to use their college ID for registration
• Students who register multiple times from different ID’s will be disqualified
The participating students are strongly advised to register themselves on the website and follow the
Facebook page (www.facebook.com/Mahindra Group Management Cadre (GMC)), to make sure
that they are up to date with the latest happenings about the competition.
• The event will be for 6 hours and will consist of 5 different activities.
• Participants are expected to complete all 5 activities within the stipulated time frame of 6
hours
• Participants can complete the activities in any order of their choice
• All activities carry equal weightage from an evaluation point of view
• Submission of the final deliverable for each round will happen via the Dare2Compete
website
• It is mandatory to complete all 5 activities to be considered for evaluation
Note: The EntrepRISE Event is for 2 hours and participants will have to complete it in one go
PREREQUISITES:
Details regarding all the activities of the respective event shall be shared when the event goes live
on the 14th of August 2021, from 6:00 PM onwards.
Activity 4: EntrepRISE
This round is gamification-based. Students are required to use their laptops and have access to high-
speed internet.
Overview:
• The duration of the event will be 2 Hours. It will be divided into multiple phases and each
student is required to complete all the phases
• Once a student begins with the activity, he/she/they will be required to complete it in a
single go. There will be no option to pause the activity and restart it after a time interval
• Once a stage has been completed the student cannot re-enter the stage or go back to a
particular stage
Submission Format:
The link to the activity will be given live on the Dare2Compete’s webpage. Once you click on the link,
you will be directed to a different web page that will run the simulation. The student can proceed to
subsequent phases by clicking on the Submit activity button. On completion of the final phase, the
student is required to click on Get Final Valuation.
Once the activity is submitted no further changes can be made. You can go back to the
Dare2Compete webpage to proceed to the other rounds.
