 The Online student feedback system is the feedback system which helps to take feedback from
online. This process used to collect the student’s feedback is manual and takes more time to complete its
analysis and report generation.In this paper we proposed a system which provides a simple interface for
collection and analysis of student’s feedback. It can be used by educational institutes or colleges to
maintain the records of student’s feedback. Valuing and asking for feedback has recognized benefits for
both faculty and students. For faculty to develop and improve teaching skills.Using this system, students
can fill their feedback easily by login through their mail id and entering the password. Once they submit it,
their feedback will be analyzed quickly and a feedback report can be generated within a very short span of
time.The admin will be provided with separate usernames and password in order to check the results.
● The major goal of this project is to provide the ability
to students in a easy way that they can give their
feedback about their lecturers through a web based
system
● The proposed system uses HTML,CSS,JS,React JS,

Express JS,Mongo DB.

● An Online Student Feedback System for
college students has been developed which
aims to rate and analyze the college
faculty's performance.
● This type of Online Student Feedback system reduces the strenuous work of
physically examining the feedback pages of each and every student.
● Online student feedback system is
the web based feedback collecting
system from the students and
provides the automatic generation of
feedback which is given by students.
In the existing manual system of student feedback system in

educational institutions, if the students need to give feedback, they

are supposed to submit a feedback application to the HOD

concerned. After receiving consent from the HOD concerned, the

HOD needs to submit the feedback application to the Principal. If the

HOD or the Principal is not available, then the students cannot get

consent for their feedback application.

● The existing system feedback is done by the manual process. The student
can give feedback by using pen and paper.
● This task was done manually with many of the drawbacks such as evaluating
handwritten forms is a difficult process. But the restriction here is once the
student submits the feedback report he/she cannot modify it later
● Papers collected by the Hod's and calculate the overall grade for each
subject and the lecturer is very difficult.
In the proposed system of Student Feedback System, the registered

students can simply generate a feedback anywhere and anytime

providing the required details in the college. The feedback thus

generated is sent to the admin. This saves a lot of time and effort. The

admin can access the feedback reports delivered to them anywhere

and anytime.
● The proposed system purpose is to take feedback from students in online
regarding the lecturer's teaching. With this student can submit feedback in
efficient manner without any loss of data. The admin can access these
feedbacks from the students and take appropriate actions.
● Student can give feedback in online without waste him time in writing.
Students needs to login into website of online student feedback system and
gives his/her feedback and can perform modifications too.
Student Module:

● Student can login through email and college id series.

● It contains different sections like MyProfile,Contacts us,Dashboard and
Logout.
● User can feedback the profiles of faculty by opening Dashboard.
Admin Module:
● Admin can monitor all the feedback of students.
● This module has special features through which he can easily sort by filters.
● It also has sections like Feedback Page,Dashboard and Logout.

● This is the best Student Feedback web application for providing
the facility them to give feedback about their faculties and
Students can use their login ID's to give feedback about their
faculties using the online web application. The quality of
education may be increase using the feedback process. The
work flow of this web application very secure and properly
maintain the students can give feedback in database application
and it can be easily upload in local Server or any space service
provider server, not and further tools require for the supports of
this web application.
