INTRODUCTION

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:

The Objective is to develop an ONLINE MENTORING
SYSTEM to promote and encourage students to actively
participate in academics.

Our project replaces students inconvenience for

clarifying doubts about academics at any time by providing
online materials,video lectures and many other.
PROPOSED SYSTEMS:

It is an interactive tool between teacher and student for

learning subjects.
The teachers will post questions and students has to
answer which helps in improving students academic
performance.
FEATURES:

In the proposed system we intend to develop a web-based application

providing the necessary services and online training to empower
students
Students are assigned frequencies based on the marks obtained
The register teachers can post assignments based on each grade and
value them
The registered students can post queries online and get their
response and students should post answers within specified time
PROS:

 It is useful for efficient interaction between student and

teacher.
 The conventional method is quite time consuming and
inefficient
 So this online tool helps us to manage time efficiently
 It encourages doubts and enhance level of student
knowledge

intends to receive it. The exchange of information
between humans is an important factor which helps in the
achievement of increasing literacy throughout the
intended userbase.

Adminstrator Module:

 With the System Administration module you can: Create

and maintain application users. Create and maintain
application access and security through responsibilities,
report groupings, and access menus. Setup and maintain
the concurrent managers for batch processing.
