Talent Operations
○ Working and learning about the new era of virtual Onboarding and Separation process.
○ Learning effective communication by interaction with new joiners and other Talent
Functions representatives and creative writing on Mattermost(If possible)
○ Updating Employee Personal Files and internal databases with new employee information.
○ Learning about the Background verification process & Medical Insurance Process.
○ Helping TOP in completion of Employee Personnel files.
● Learning & Development
Work with Heena to manage L & D Operations and take up below tasks
○ Attendance tracking and updation of L & D Programs
○ Feedback collation and published feedback analysis within 48 hrs
○ Research about other elearning tools
○ Create promotional posters for Learning initiatives and tools
○ Be a buddy(go to person) to Apprentices
● Talent Management
○ Feedback collation and publishing feedback analysis
○ Processing exit/ promotions via Jira ticket
