Nowadays, the commonly used food colorant is the artificial ones. Consumers Social Sciences
usually prefer artificial food colorant, because of its high vibrancy and low cost. Biochemistry
Artificial food coloring makes food look more appealing, they are responsible for the Biomedical &
bright colors of foods and beverages, but they also contain plenty of chemicals. Health Sciences
Artificial food coloring can cause hyperactivity, allergic reactions to cancer and

behavior problems in children, since children are their biggest consumer.
In the production of the rose petals extract, rose flowers were gathered. The
