Note: The contingency Fund will collect 150.00 for each student in the HOSTS Organization for
the academic and skills competition prizes. The remaining balance will be given to the
organization fund.

The initial budget to be used as the capital fund of the CEMC 2021 will be drawn from
the registration fee of the Conveners, which costs P200.00 after the approval of this proposal.
Furthermore, the organizers donate the whole earnings to the HOSTS Fund following the
conference if all payments and contributions are settled with the official financial statement. The
Finance Committee shall appropriately liquidate all costs three days following the stated
Convention.

The target participants of this convention are students from Region II taking up the following
degrees:

Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management

We are also aiming to have the Faculty and Academe under Tourism and Hospitality Industry to
participate together with the Industry practitioners.
PROMOTION COMMITTEE
Strategies for Promotion
The promotion for “CEMC 2021” will start after the approval of the concept paper by the
Promotion Committee. It will be manage in different ways such as the following:
Upload posters and video teasers in the Hospitality and Tourism Society Facebook Page
and the official page of SABH Council.
An endorsement of the “CEMC 2021” will be requested from the Commission on Higher
Education to encourage more participants.

a. Keeping up in the new strategies in providing exceptional service
b. How the trends transform the Hospitality and Tourism Industry
c. Flexibility in adaptation mechanism amidst the pandemic
