Personal Reaction

The Groups 5 and 6 has a done a great report in topics that are given to them.
Although they explained it well there are some things that I saw during the report. First
is the lack loudness of voice and second thing is being precise and proudly while
reporting. Students on the back find it hard because of the lack of loudness. Some
reporters can’t answer that much when a question is being raised to them, despite of
the things that I saw during the report I still manage and lend my ears and attention to
them.

II. Significant of the Studies/Issues and Concern

There are different process/processes in recruitment. First there’s an act for the
recruitment, it is The equality Act 2010 that aim to reform and harmonise discrimination
law and also to strengthen the law to support progress on equality. The significant of
this is for us to know if there’s a law that will help the workers if accidents occur.
Compensation will be given to the worker in exchange for the work they do for the
company. Examples of it are base pay, sales commission, overtime wages, tip income,
bonus pay, recognition or merit pay, benefits, stock options and other non-cash
benefits. It also gives a knowledge about the working insurances that are needed like
SSS, GSIS and PhilHealth.

III. Problem

 Why do we need to understand the process of recruitment?

 Why do we need Labor law?
 What is the importance of working insurance?
 What kind of help can give by a company to its worker?

IV. Objective

 To understand the proper way of proper process of recruitment in order to recruit

someone who is capable or eligible to work.
 By this law, the implementation of the rights, obligations and responsibilities of
the employee and employer pertaining to employment will be regulated.
 The importance of working or personal insurance is to protect the worker in the
event that your business is sued by a client.
 Compensation is the total cash and non-cash payments that a company can give
to its employee in exchange for the work they do to the company.
V. Courses of Consideration

 Lack of understanding in law that is needed to the recruitment process or a law

that governing the workplace.
 Lack of discipline and cooperation of a company that the workers need in order
to have a proper or equal rights.
 Tolerance of the corrupt practice inculcated in the minds of each official and
future leader.

VI. Alternative Course of Action

 Requirements that are needed that will comply to the need of a company.
 There should be rules and regulations in order to have a good relationship to the
owner and workers.
 There should be a Compensation payment to the workers that is capable on it.
 Disobeying rules and regulations will be suction by a penalty.

VII. Action Plan

VIII. Recommendation

 Make sure that the documents are legal in accordance of law.

 Having an additional process of recruitment in order to help people who are in
need.
 Give a knowledge to the people in a workplace to make sure that the rules and
regulations are followed.

IX. Conclusion

 I therefore conclude that the additional process of recruitment can help

people who are in need. And also having a knowledge about the labor law will
helps us to have and equal rights even he/she is a worker. In order to have a
organize and disciplined worker is to follow all the rules and regulations and also
the law that is governing in the workplace.
