WORKING PRINCIPLE
As shown above the machine is suitable for use of rolling only. The Pre pinching/pre
bending is to be done outside the machine either by manual hammering or in a press
machine and then to be inserted in the machine for rolling.

Characteristics
 All rolls are manufactured from alloy steel material grade En 8.

 Electro welded steel frame duly machined on CNC boring machine, after
fabrication, stress relieving, sand blasting, and epoxy painting.
 Specially developed low friction screw press arrangement requiring less
efforts for material pressing.
 Roll movement value displayed on digital meter which helps in faster and
precise roll positioning. The repetitive rolling sizes can be achieved in fewer
passes.
 The top roll housing fitted with graphite filled self-lubricating liners to avoid
any kind of friction and to guarantee high precision for the machine life.
 Both the bottom rolls are positively driven by worm planetary reduction
gear box and electrical motor.
 Exclusive mechanism developed specially for plate bending machine
delivering high pressing force by using roller bearings.
 Parallelism control by means precision linear encoders (Display available on
machine frame.
 Provision for grease lubrication for all bearings.
 Specially developed tilt able mechanism for drop frame for ease of duly
rolled shell removal. No need to detach frame from machine.

Hydraulic drop end for easy tube removal, Tilt

Manual Hand lever Control

- The model under consideration will have manual
hand lever operated valves which are easy to
operate and easy for maintenance.
- This model do not involve any critical hydraulic
components like solenoid operated directional
control valves , proportional flow control valve etc.
which are difficult to maintain and require expert
services when need arises.
Simulation Software
 All critical components are verified & analysis is done through simulation
software.
