I checked the submissions of PNPKI Form in LMS, and none have yet submitted in STEC SHS.
Reminding everyone to access now the PNPKI Course in your LMS. This is not only required to those who will
serve the election but to the majority, as this might be needed in the future. Deadline is tomorrow, August
20, 2021

Please follow this instruction:

1. Log in to: https://r7-2.lms.deped.gov.ph

*if you cannot log in, then click the "Deped Commons Teachers" and make sure to log in your 0365
account.

2. Once logged in, click the "Site home" > Professional Development > Facility for the Submission
of the Application Requirement for the PNPKI Digital Certificate of DepEd Personnel in the Field
Offices. Then input the Enrollment Key: PNPK1_Lapulapu

3. Once logged in, you will be directed to PNPKI General Information.

Download PNPKI Form, once done a “checked mark” will appear. [if not, press F5, refresh]

4. Before proceeding to the course,

Open the downloaded PNPKI Application Form in Adobe Acrobat Reader and fill in the required
details. (make sure you will only fill in your data in the red boxes)
The following are needed in answering the Application Form, please secure the following:

1. Passport size photo

2. E-signature

5. Once done and ready for submission, Go back to the course.

6. You may click the “Overview” to run through the files related to PNPKI.
7. Then proceed to “Activities Lapu-Lapu”. Fill up the necessary activities.
8. Then you can Upload your PNPKI Form.
