2 SCOPE OF WORK
a All foundation works upto Plinth level / Road level is included in the above rate except
excavation and granular material filling. Contractor will start the work from lean concrete of
foundation.
b Excavation and granular material filling layer by layer will be done by FDHL.
c Construction of plinth beam / DPC
d Masonary work in sub-structure and in super structure including fixing of doors frames
e Fabrication & fixing of steel Reinforcement.
f Concrete pouring of all classes /grades for every structure of building.
g PVC pipes concluding for electrical. firefighting or any other system including fixing of back
boxes in walls excluding wiring.
h Plaster work complete (inside & outside) of building as per design and drawing.
i Public health works Le water supply, sewerage 8, Suigas network (concealed piping only) as
per drawings.
j Concrete pouring of all classes /grades for every structure of building.
k Linking of sewerage network through PVC or RCC pipes from bath rooms or from kitchens to
septic tank including construction of manholes / chambers up to Septic tank or nearest
Manhole.
l Fixing of rain water pipes from top roof to Ground level including linking of rain water p ipes
with system.
m Lean concrete under floors at Ground Floor including leveling. dressing and compaction etc.
n All PCC or kacha flooring where required including earth back filling under floors and around
foundations.
o Construction of parapet wall and roof treatment/water proofing as per drawings.(Not
payable seperatly)
p Construction of UGWT,septic tank &OHWT at the top roof complete in all respect.(Not
payable seperatly)
q Site clearance and general leveling of area within boundary wall during execution.. & after
Completion of job.
3 IMPORTANT NOTE:
a Form work ply wood or steel plates with steel scaffolding pipes and joints (Material by —
Contractor).However Contractor will ensure the record of his all type of inward materials in
FOHL Store. Otherwise the Contractor will not be permitted to out any kind of material from
Site
4 PAYMENT MILE STONES:-
a Ground floor floor wise %age
1 Work up to plinth beam level including DPC (if required). 20%
2 Masonry work up to lintel level including band beam at lintel level. 10%
3 Masonry work from lintel level to roof level. 5%
4 Concrete pouring of slab. 20%
5 Concrete pouring of stair case. 3%
6 Plaster work inner side of building including all type of conduiting 8%
before plaster
7 Plaster work outer side of building including all type of conduiting 5%
before Plaster.
8 Public health works (concealed piping only) for water Supply . 5%
Sewerage & suigas.
9 Linking of sewerage network up to Septic tank or nearest Manhole. 4%
10 PCC under Flooring including laying of all types of conduits in floor if 5%
required.
11 Construction of UGWT& Septic tank complete in all respect as per 10%
drawings.
12 Upon handing over / punch list clearance of ground floor. 5%

b First floor

1 Masonry work up to lintel level including band beam at lintel level. 15%
2 Masonry work from lintel level to roof level. 10%
3 Concrete pouring of Slab. 25%
4 Plaster work inner side of building including all type of conduiting 10%
before plaster.
5 Plaster work outer ode of building including all type of conducting 10%
before plaster.
6 Public health works (concealed piping only) for water Supply, Sewerage 10%
& suigas.
7 PCC for kacha Floor including all type of conduits in floor if required. 5%
8 Construction of parapet wall and roof treatment / water proofing as 10%
per drawing.
9 Upon handing over / punch list clearance of First floor. 5%

c MUMTY FLOOR

1 masonary work up to roof level. 50%


2 Concrete pouring of Mumty slab. 30%
3 Plaster work inner side including all type of conduiting before plaster. 7%
4 Plaster work outer side including all type of conduiting before plaster. 8%
5 Upon handing over / punch list clearance of top roof floor. 5%

5 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a No deduction of Income Tax from bills.
b Above prevailing rate will be fixed and locked till completion of work.
c Covered area will be calculated & paid as per drawings. Slabs projections beyond the outer
face of walls will be taken @ 50% area.Car Porch area will be paid @ 50%.
d 5% Retention money will be deducted from each bill which will be returned as per procedure
described in Sr.no 5-e below and necessary clearance from site. If Contractor will not
complete the job or leave the site within 3 months of agreement date then his Retention
money will be forfeited.
e 50% amount Of Retention money will be released after the three months of handing over of
Villa and balance 50% will be released after six months of handing over date of Villa.
f Contractor will be the responsible to maintain the quality of work as per best engineering
standards and practices and as per site orders of the Manager Incharge. In case of poor
workmanship by Contractor, the loss of any material will be born by Contractor.
g The work is subject to the approval from Client / Consultant and the CONTRACT may be
terminated upon persistent poor performance and disobedience by Contractor as well as
penalty will be imposed.
h Contractor will be the responsible to observe all safety precautions to meet all obligations
under labour and other laws in respect of his employees / manpower and any other party
concerned in any respect.
i FDHL will provide tents one time only for Contractor's workers, however Contractor will
arrange food for his workers by himself.
k Scope of work may be increased or decreased as per FDHL Management decision which will
be executed on the same rates.
l Work at site will be done as per requirement and instructions given by FDHL Site Manager.
m Time for completion of this Job is three months from the date of start of work. Contractor is
bound to complete the job within stipulated time frame otherwise a penalty will be imposed
by FIDHL.
n Ready mix concrete from FDHL's batching plant will be provided by FDHL at work site as and
when required by the Contractor.
o FDHL will provide concrete pouring for pouring of concrete. However less quantity of
concrete will be done by manpower Curing after concrete work, masonary work and plaster
work will be done by the Contractor as per Client requirement and following best
engineering practices.
p Contractor will arrange vibrator at his own cost for concrete pouring. Furthermore
Contractor will arrange all Misc material required for Villa construction like as tools, plastic
pipe, wheel barrows. morter pans etc
q Hoist machine will be arranged and installed by Contractor including operator and diesel of
hoist machine.
r Steel cutting and bending machines including electricity (if required) will be arranged by
Contractor.
s Monthly bills will be processed as per recommendation / approved work done for payment
by Site Manager. Bill will be processed / paid only for completed Payment mile stone.
t Water for construction purpose or for his workers use will be arranged by Contractor.
u All type of construction material will be provided by FDHL at work site except shuttering
material.
v Power generation for workers accommodation and lighting for night working will be
arranged by the Contractor.
w Contractor will deploy a qualified DAE as Supervisor with minimum 5 years experience for
this job.
x Contractor will be responsible for the discipline of his labourer / workers.
y No escalation / compensation of any kind will be paid to Contractor for this project.
z There will be no Mobilization advance payment to Contractor. Payment will be made only
against approved work done by Site Manager and after processing of bills.

aa Working schedule for completion of this job will be submitted by Contractor upon award of
Contract which will followed by the Contractor after approval by Site Manager.
bb Contractor will care for FDHL, properties such as building. manhole, sewer line, electric
cable, DBs tree, plants etc. The cost of damages if occurred will be born by Contractor.
