Teacher As A Curricularist

WRITES THE CURRICULUM

My teacher in high school, Miss Cherry Lane Lepura, in her 9 years of teaching, she always expand
ans develop new academic instructional materials, and activities for her to implement inside the
classroom. She wants to give the best learnings for her students as well as having fun in her subject.
She's always looking for educational trends and approach so that she can ascertain the best ways on how
to teach us in her class. Then she develop new concepts, subject matter or content that she can
assimilate to approach that have gathered. And a part of the things she do are writing books, modules,
instructional materials, etc.

INNOVATES THE CURRICULUM

Miss Tan, my high school teacher, and have been teaching for almost a decade now believes that
"Teachers are the primary drivers of innovations inside the classroom." . And I truly invest in that idea
because I saw her creativity in teaching. She always integrates her own ideas, and she reinvent the idea
of using digital curriculum for is students. The flexibility of ideas and lessons she creats within her class
time for us students is refreshing. She is focused on creating perfect conditions so that she'll be
empowered to take risk and think differently on how she can approach the teaching and learning.

PLANS THE CURRICULUM

Teacher Anna believes that a good curriculum has to be planned, and she's doing that for the past 5
years, it helps in her teaching strategies. She makes sure that her curriculum design she made is done
ahead of time so that she can give thorough lessons, assignmens, and projects to her students without a
problem. She always process new developing lessons, assignments, and projects to teach her students
knowledge skills. And a part of her curriculum planning, she always take consideration into several
factors. These are: the learners, her support materials, time, subject matter or the content, her desired
outcomes, and context learning of learners among others.
