Answer:

If I were to study and work in a foreign country, first of all the international language English
must be learned before that will happen. Not just able to learn the other language but also to be
optimistic and able to interact with other without being shy or embarrassed. Upon saying that,
Confidence must be present of course when I will work in a foreign country because how can I interact
and have proper relationship with my co-workers if I am a loner in the workplace. We must take into
consideration that, different culture will appear upon our eyes and the only thing that we need to do is
to learn and adapt their culture in order to mingle easily and bring the feeling of home even if I am far
away.

The three strategies I could think of is that first of all the ability to adapt directly to a new
environment. In order to adapt I must study and learn their culture. Second, be open with the co-
workers even though you hardly understand each other you will be able to create your own language as
time goes by. And lastly, be aware of what you speak, this is very important because there are words
that are offending and can bring negative aura in you workplace.
