My strength as a teacher, I had a full
determination to achieve my goals to develop a skill and to stimulate experience in the taught. I also rather ask permission to my co-teachers of what I am going to do to the propose projects, I need their cooperation for the better improvement of our school as a whole. I am also a dedicated, enthusiastic, be patience, be respectful and well disciple which is a teacher must acquire. For my weaknesses, I think, every teacher had these, so we are not a perfect person, but we need to learn from our weaknesses or mistakes.

strength
I will convert my weaknesses to strength by
using one of my strengths to work around my weaknesses. I go rather to my co-teacher who has complimentary strength then, using my interpersonal communication skill I ask guidance or some tips that need to address my weaknesses to positive ones.
