qualified, and effective educators to meet the needs
of students. As stated to Vision, Mission, Goals and
Objectives of Mabini Colloges Shall have to cultivate
a culture of excellence in education, also to provide
quality education at all educational levels with
integrity, Benevolence, Artistic, Nurture-Caring and
Accountability. As a professional teacher may also
enhance quality learning, working of the benefit of
the community and to improve student’s academic
performance with intrinsic motivation to learn.
That’s why we choose this institution to be our stepping
stone in continuous development of our profession.

As a teacher act as a well-trained, productive and be a


role model in the community specifically to our
learners. By guiding the VGMO of the intuition we
can easily adapt and serve with full potential and

weaknesses?

My strength as a teacher, I had a full


determination to achieve my goals to develop a skill
and to stimulate experience in the taught. I also
rather ask permission to my co-teachers of what I am
going to do to the propose projects, I need their
cooperation for the better improvement of our school
as a whole. I am also a dedicated, enthusiastic, be
patience, be respectful and well disciple which is a
teacher must acquire.
For my weaknesses, I think, every teacher had
these, so we are not a perfect person, but we need to
learn from our weaknesses or mistakes.

6. How will you convert your weaknesses to


strength

I will convert my weaknesses to strength by


using one of my strengths to work around my
weaknesses. I go rather to my co-teacher who has
complimentary strength then, using my interpersonal
communication skill I ask guidance or some tips that
need to address my weaknesses to positive ones.

7. How will you guide your threats to opportunity?


In order to guide my threats to opportunity is by
simply: learning, because if we learned something,
our capabilities enhance, the knowledge we acquired
must be the basis of us to pursue the things that we
want to achieve in our lives. Then, be self-
motivated, convert negativity to positivity, and
evaluate strengths across educational learning.
