1. Supplies Management System of Counter Department-SM Aura

Description:
An aid in stockroom management for fast and accurate monitoring of consumption and
budget utilization

Objective:

To have an accurate & accessible physical count of every supplies

General objective:

Knowing what is fast or slow moving supplies.

Better budget utilization and supplies allocation

Specific Objective:

Having weekly and monthly inventory at disposal.

Project the needed supplies for the next days/months
Calculate the department budget, spent and remaining.

2. Enhancing of Cashier’s Processing Guide in POS Machine

Description:
Update the old guide and make it more eye pleasing and engaging to the user.

Objective:

Make the help guide more user friendly and more accessible from any point of
transaction

General Objective:

Better User Interface for more accurate reading and transaction.

Always accessible.
Specific Objective:

Make the cashier confident that every guide is available especially the rare kind of
transaction.
Faster loading of help guides
Comment or suggestion area for future enhancement.

3. To develop a student management portal that will assist the students on enrollment
process and requesting school documents.

Objective:
To speed up the enrollment process and to lessen the face to face transaction.

General Objective:
To create a student portal that will allow the user to manage the subjects that they will
enroll on the following semester.

System Objectives:
The software is user friendly and can be accessed on both mobile or computer device.
This will also generate a PDF file that indicates the enrollment details such as the
subject schedule, name of professor, no. units and the prerequisite subjects.

The software will also have a section in which the user can request a school documents.

4. To develop a community citizen registration portal for covid 19 vaccine.

Objectives:
To create a software that will process the registration and automatically set a schedule
for Covid 19 vaccine.

General Objective:

The software will ease the long queue for vaccination registration as this can be done using
their smartphone or computer device.
System Objectives:
The software can be accessed thru a QR code or a website link that will route the user to
the registration page. The software will provide a QR code that they will be used on the
date of their vaccination as a confirmation of registration.

5. To develop software that will block the downloading and installing apps with mature
content and limiting the screen time of the user on a mobile device.

To develop a software that will block from downloading malicious apps on the device
and will set a screentime for the user.

It is a big challenge, especially during this pandemic, to accurately monitor every

eligible citizen that needs immediate medical or financial assistance. This is even more difficult
when talking about senior citizen, PWD and our Solo Parent. Seniors are not allowed to go
outside. This goes also with our PWD. To be safe, they are encourage to stay at home. But
because of incomplete database and lack of online portal they have no choice but to go outside
to claim their benefits and other matter.

Everything now can be done online. Every category has a portal to visit in order
to make the transaction smoother. From online sabong to buying and selling ukay-ukay. It is all
within the palm of our hands. It has its advantages and disadvantages, still it is clear that we
need to go with flow of time and advancement of the technology in order for us to innovate as a
community and as a country. Having a portal specifically design for people that are less unable
to ride the modernization can really be a big help.

In this light, we decided to create a portal that will help them to easily locate and
modernize the experience for them. No more long queuing, just typing.

- The database will be used as basis of the Brgy. on monitoring the individuals medical
condition and financial capacity
- This database will also be used on sending needed aids to the individual.

- The database will store personal details of the user, and they will be issued a personal
QR code that will serve as their identification.
- The QR code code will serve as a coupon for relief assistance that will be provided by
the municipal government.
- The QR code is tied up with GCash and will be used in sending financial assistance for
medication and other needs.

Critical part, know if it is really effective

This study was based on the research of Al-Debel (2013) on the Measuring of
Web Portals Success where it is stated that “Web Portals are promoting task
innovations, enablers for business intelligence since they are used to gather information
existing in disparate databases and they also help in the retrieval of accurate and
timely information”.
It is also stated that Gaining access to needed useful information existing in
disperse sources in a timely, efficient and effective manner makes it more possible for
decision makers to make strategic and more informed decisions.
Effective data collecting will result in fast and accurate service in the Barangay.

This study was directed towards the making of online portal for the Senior
Citizen, PWD and Solo parent of Brgy. Magtanggol.
Specifically, the research sought to answer the following questions:
1. Will this portal be effective in combating the need of a face to face data
gathering?
2. What are the perceptions of the Senior, PWD and Solo Parent on having their
own online portal?
3. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this portal?
