Subject: Arriving late for work

It has been noticed that many people are coming to work very late. According to
Chapter 5, Section 201 in the employee handbook, 'Employees are expected to
arrive to work on time'. We have noticed that despite multiple warnings, many
people are not following the rules.

This letter serves as a written warning. As Per the companies policy, after 3 written
warnings, employees are released from employment. All the employees are
instructed to strictly adhere to the policies of the company.

We expect you to cooperate with us for better and healthy working environments.

Subject: Blood donation camp

Hospicio Hospital Blood Bank is conducting a blood donation camp since they are
facing a shortage in low blood supply and that is affecting the life of those in need,
therefore they are desperately looking for blood donors. As most of the blood
donors are in the age group between 18 and 40, and they cannot donate blood for
about three months from two doses of the covid vaccination. This is likely to result
in shortage of blood, which may lead to postponing of emergency surgeries.

Our company has been created to serve and help our community, not only
economically but also help it grow and make a difference. Hence we request our
employees to step forward and donate blood. Motivate your friends and colleagues
as well. Your few minutes in the donation chair matters to our community.
