Introduction

The report will be discussing the effects of the ERP system in the organization. The
report has discussed the implementation of the ERP system inside the standard procedure of
operation inside the organization. The resource and planning platform will help the organizations
to grow by all aspects of business. The enterprise software can be used in organizing businesses
and managing risk, managing supply and managing relationships with the customers.

ERP software vendors in the market

The work ERP represents the idea of resource planning for the enterprise. The software
and hardware both systems are integrated in this part. This system can be operated with
integrating automation and individual activity orientation with the individuals. Using the system
manufacturing companies such as BAE system can manage projects, maintain customer relations
and manage risks and also operate supplies. In this project report the procedure of organizing the
project will be discussed in the context of the ERP system. The time limit for calculating return
on investment can also be achieved in the system of ERP. SAP and Oracle are the most
important vendors of ERP. SAP is the most important vendor for ERP as this helps in managing
the recording regarding a huge amount of data within the firm.

Ways of Organizing the Project

Enterprise resource planning is an integrated management system for businesses such as


manufacturing company BAE System. The management system is done in real time. An ERP
system often referred to as business management software used in typical cases of applicative
integration. The organizations can use these platforms to manage and collect information.
Interpretation and forecasting of data can also be done in this business module. The ERP system
has the valued advantages of growing a cloud based system. The cloud base applications are in
demand these days. The new approach to Big Data has the potential to relay data in real time.
ERP delivers a continuously growing, updated and continuously relaying database system.
Organizations such as BAE System and other manufactures can get value from the enterprise
resource management system (Kurbel, 2021).

Selection procedure for choosing ERP software: Selection of software related to ERP systems
is a complex procedure. Selection of hardware related to enterprise resource planning is very
dependent upon the software requirement. Different ERP systems are adopted regarding different
industry needs. It is necessary to choose a flexible system for the enterprise resource
management needs. There are plenty of ERP oriented system software that are flexible and can
be changed and accommodated by industry needs. Small organizations do not need to customize
their ERP according to their needs (Putra, Rahayu, & Putri, 2021).
Analysis of company culture to choose enterprise resource platforms: Understanding the
company and its culture is crucial for selecting ERP platforms.
Selection of ERP system regarding management Paradigm and workforce: ERP software has
the ability to break or make an organization. A selection procedure of comprehensive way can
support the organization in an overall way. A foundation of strong planning and implementing
strategy and experience is crucial for the process of creating a framework for the system. The
fair amount of back testing and research is necessary for the purpose of selecting ERP software.
The cause of selecting Big Data is crucial to grow the company in a trustworthy manner. It may
be crucial to have excel as a tertiary system but specialized needs should be recognized in this
segment. If the business is losing to its competitors it is necessary to get a real time based
software. Having hard data to make real time data is crucial to get a good business output.
Alignment regarding organization in the context of ERP platform selection: Alignment of
organization is an important aspect for selecting enterprise resource platforms. It is bound to
happen that many employees in the organization do not know how to use a new ERP system.
These kinds of software are not used on a daily basis. It is necessary to educate individual
employees in the new ERP system that is going to be adopted. Business oriented cases may play
a significant role in ERP system selection. The paradigm of cases in business will help to
approach decisions and help in alignment with the business. It is necessary to analyze if the new
system is going to develop a new inventory management system. It is also crucial to improve
efficiency in the operational procedure to develop a new ERP system for the organization. It is

is needed to be defined in the systematic. The relocation of the company plays a crucial role in
the procedure. The regulation regarding government is needed to be sorted. The functionality and

The ERP system implementation of the company can be done with the help of the current
system. The first and foremost cause of developing ERP systems in organizations is due to
supplementing back office jobs and producing less cost intensive procedure. This system does
not directly affect the customers. The supplier management system, internet business and finance
should be allocated in the future development of the company. The characteristics of the ERP
system can be identified as follows. The system should be integrated to generate a quick return
on investment. The system should be smart enough to work on real time. A common database
supports all the applications in real time. A look of consistent support should be integrated for
the ERP system. The system must consist of feelings across models of operation. The system
should be integrated in such a way that it should elaborately manipulate data and applications.
The integration of artificial intelligence and the internet of things should be adopted for the
purpose of integration of more information. The paradigm of intradepartmental synchronization

company needs to focus on implementing a Big Data system that focuses on areas of functions
and can be grouped for better modulation of tasks. The functional areas of accounting and

payable of matching, vouchering and systems can be analyzed to return on investment paradigm.
The accounting process related to management is needed to successfully create a profit by
implementing a Big Data system. Human resources management can integrate the process of
training, recruiting, benefits regarding payroll with the help of the system of ERP. The return on
investment is important for understanding the paradigm of quick return on investment.
Manufacturing process must be integrated with the Big Data system. The manufacturing process
may consist of creating material oriented billings, creating schedules, managing workflow,
producing management procedures for the product of life cycle. Processing of order is also
needed to be idealised with the ERP system. These aspects will help the organizations to achieve
return on investment on a real time basis. Management oriented to supply chain management

can also be developed with the help of ERP. Scheduling of suppliers, configuration of product,
cash to order generation, inventory oriented purchases, processing of claims all systems must be
integrated with the system for better profit making for the company. The management of
customer relationships with the company can be done with this paradigm. Services oriented to
data are an integrated feature of enterprise resource management (Wieland, 2021).
Integrating GRP for better return on the invested capital in the context of ERP: The
relationship with the government can be maintained with the help of ERP platforms. The
algorithms, interfaces, structure and modulation are combined with the approaches of ERP. The
software must integrate government agencies norms into their system. The implementation of the
system is important for better private and public relationship management.
Best practices for generating more profit: The incorporation of best practices is important for
the system. The interpretation of the software must be done in an interactive way. The vendor
must be chosen in an efficient way possible. The best practices in the context of ERP systems
may reduce risk and thus increase return on investment. The impact of practices with utmost
perfection may ease complications with requirements such as electronic data maintenance and
fund transfer.
Connection with the organization’s floor information to generate short term profit: ERP
systems must be connected with the system for better integration on a real time basis. The
transaction of data can be done in a plethora of ways. The system may be configured with the
systems module of integration. The unique information and knowledge on equipment, vendor
and process will help the company and organizations to grow and generate profit. Integrating the
system directly may increase the system's overall product offering. The integration of databases
will help the company to generate profit by elimination of processes in a holistic approach. If the
database is integrated with the information table of the system then it will help the system in an
overall paradigm. The system integrated data and can interpret information from the table. The
transaction of modules in the aspect of appliances in the enterprise is an important concept that
the organizations need to explore. The system consists of a specific system of interfaces related
to programs. The benefit of the system is that the inventory problem and shelf life oriented
problem can be sorted in this paradigm.

There are many ERP vendors in the market that are SAP, Oracle, Infor, IFS, Acumatica,
Syspro. The process of choosing ERP infrastructure is a complex obstacle. The organization
needs to keep in mind the human resource infrastructure, customer management infrastructure
and infrastructures that integrate sales and marketing. Management regarding order can be done
in this paradigm. Management of order and sales procedure is needed to be discussed.

Merits of cloud based infrastructure: The key is to innovate in order to grow. The fast
innovation can help the organization to grow. The merits of cloud based ERP systems are as
follows.
Intra Industry connection and development of capabilities: The cloud based system has the
capabilities on the aspect of intra industry connectivity. This aspect of the system gains
systematic access to a vibrant skilled team with industry oriented expertise.
Incomparable freedom of choice: The cloud based system has the same feature for every need.
The cloud based system has the capability to organize industry needs with freedom of choice.
Analytics on real time: One of the important benefits of using cloud based systems is that it has
real time analytics of problems. This system allows the company to get real time data and quick
analysis. The data used in this system is real time and always up to date. Critical organizational

2021).
The security of the system: The system of the cloud based system is secured by all means.
Though cloud base systems are taken with suspicion. Organizations think that cloud based
security is not encrypted enough and targeted to hacking and malwares. In reality the software
and systems of ERP provide good security for businesses of any dimension. The cloud based
system is profitable because the company does not have to think about creating backup for every
data created. The cloud system of the ERP is encrypted and the system has a paradigm of
tracking all activity.
The flexibility of the total system: The greatness of the system is in the flexibility of the system.
All the information and the data is always readily available on the on demand basis. A system
based on clouds that operates remotely can have a spread across a huge geographical region. The
system operates and stores everything remotely. If the individual employees work from different
parts of the country they can work in the same framework. The data can be procured from any
Smartphone, laptop or tablet.
Lower cost of operation: The cloud system is cheaper than its separated counterpart. The
operating cost is also very low. The hardware needed is readily available by the vendor or host
company.

Approach of Scalability: The scalability of cloud systems is easy to achieve. The entire
infrastructure can be adjusted to the existing paradigm. Both onsite and offsite infrastructures can
be used in this scenario.
Support of Service: The model of cloud based ERP system on subscriber base model. The
service and support is always there. It is easy to get support regarding on the premises of hosting
and additionally to support purchase of packages. The cloud based approach will help the
company to get support even after purchasing the system (Sinambela, 2021).

Advantages of running the system on the company’s framework: The advantages of using non
cloud based system are as follows

Lower recurring cost: This system works on purchase so there is no subscription cost.
Lower downtime: There is almost no server downtime for the non cloud based system.
Easy implementation: The implementation is easy for a non cloud based system.
Lower cost per capita: The cost for self sufficient framework is lower than that of the cloud
system.
Flexibility on the aspect of growth: The flexibility of growth is immense in this system.
Conclusion
In this report the probability of gaming return on investment has been discussed. The
choice of cloud based system is finalized in this aspect. The entire framework has its merits and
demerits. The merits and demerits analyzed on the long term aspect. The system of ERP
connects all the aspects of the organizations. The ERP system has the potential to develop the
business by every aspect. The individual application will change the business aspect with the
help of the complete suite. The framework of cloud systems is profitable due to the cost benefit
aspect and is a value for money proposition.
