STAGE 2
THE ASSESSMENT EVIDENCE
Performance Task:
GOAL In this unit, the students record their fitness test results, analyze and interpret their fitness scores based
on the standards, and fill out their fitness action plan. They also write a journal entry on their
participation of various physical activities.
ROLE The students undergo the fitness tests in pairs taking turns as performer/recorder.
AUDIENCE The class and teacher
SITUATION The students prepare the venue, equipment, etc. for the fitness tests.
PERFORMANCE Fitness test results, analysis, and interpretation of test results and Fitness Action Plan.
STANDARDS Fitness standards and rubrics for evaluation.
