TIPS:
If you are given 5 minutes; prepare your message in a way so that
you can deliver it within 2 minutes. Because you need to allow the
big shots some time to give feedback (which may be another 2
minutes) and you may need some more time to act upon that
feedback (another 1 minute)

• MOST IMPORTANT PRINCIPLE : SIMPLICITY
- Keep the message short and simple.
- So that, only unique meaning of the message remains and multiplicity of
the meaning can be avoided.

7Cs of Communication -
- Clarity: should not be ambiguous
- Completeness readers questions are answered, and they don’t need to guess
- Conciseness: simple & short
- Concreteness: avoid abstractness
- Correctness: no spelling/grammatical mistake + proper addressing
+ facts/information are correct
- Courtesy: use passive when needed + negative message issues
- Consideration: You Approach
