Mathematical Modeling
• Mathematical Modeling
 The process of representing the behavior of a physical system
through set of mathematical equations.
• Mathematical models of physical systems are key
elements in the design and analysis of control systems.
• The dynamic behavior is generally described by
ordinary differential equations.
