Shuttle Riders: Domestic Terminal Arrivals

When you arrive at your terminal,
walk toward the center of the
terminal, take the escalator down
to the train boarding area, and
Train to Baggage Claim
ride the train to baggage claim.
(See airport map to the right.)

When you get off the train at
baggage claim (the stop after
Concourse T), walk to the right
and take the large escalators up
to the baggage claim area. At
the top of the escalators, you will
see this area and these signs.

Academic Fellows will be waiting

between the two signs highlighted by
yellow arrows in the middle of the
picture. There should be a Fellow there
between 8 AM and 9 PM approximately,
on Tuesday, Aug 17. If you don’t see
anyone there, please wait for the Fellow
to return. The Academic Fellows will
guide you to the bus to take you to

Follow the instructions provided by your

flight crew to proceed through customs
and baggage claim.

Once you get your baggage, you will exit

the security area through double doors
and see this area.

Walk toward the blue-purple cloth

hanging from the ceiling at the end of the
passenger greeting area.

Academic Fellows will be waiting to greet

you in the area close to the cloth hanging.

The yellow arrow in the picture on the left

indicates the meeting spot where you can find
Academic Fellows.

If you don’t see any Academic Fellows in this

area, please wait for them to return. At least one
Fellow should be present between 8:15 AM and
9:15 PM, approximately, on Tuesday, Aug 17.

The Academic Fellows will guide you to the bus to

take you to campus.

Train to Baggage Claim

The Academic Fellows will be wearing these

When you arrive at your terminal,

walk toward the center of the
terminal, take the escalator down
to the train area, and ride the
train to baggage claim (the stop
after Concourse T).

When you get off the train at

baggage claim, walk to the right
and take the large escalators up
to the baggage claim area. At the
top of the escalators, you will see
the area in the picture to the right.

If your airline was Delta, walk to the left If your airline was Alaska Air, American,
to the South Baggage Claim. Boutique Air, Frontier, Jet Blue,
Southwest, Spirit, or United, walk to the
right to the North Baggage Claim.

After collecting your bag, walk toward
Baggage Carousel 8 and walk out the
double doors toward Ground
Transportation. Follow signs to find the
taxi stand. The taxi stand is just a short
distance from the doors.

Uber/Lyft pickup locations are located outside baggage claim on the lower level for both terminals.

Once you get your baggage,

you will exit the security area
through double doors and see
the area that looks like this.

You can exit the passenger

arrival area through the
opening in the gates at the end
of this area on the left.

You can find the taxi stand outside the terminal. It will be on your left.

Uber/Lyft pickup areas are between doors A2 and A3 on the road lane farthest away
from the terminal exit doors.
