Quick Guide

Bulk Availability
Easily update or load availability for longer periods of time
in Expedia® PartnerCentral—up to 2 years!

Get Started

Log in to ExpediaPartnerCentral.com, and go to Rooms and Rates > Bulk Availability

Note: This tool allows you to make updates to existing availability as well as load new values.
If you already had availability loaded in the date range selected, these will be updated.

1. Choose the date range you want


to make updates within and
Add to Calendar

Once dates are added to the


calendar, you can deselect or select
specific dates within your date
range as needed.

2. Click Next Section


3. For each room type you would like
to update:
• Input the number of rooms you
have available.
• If applicable, enter the cut off or
number of days prior to arrival or
stay date that Expedia must stop
displaying available rooms for
that date.
• Click Close out and select On
or Off to close or open eligible
inventory.

Note: Any fields left blank will retain their


original value.

4. Click Preview Section

5. Carefully review the date range and


updates you have made.

6. Click Submit

7. You’ll receive a message confirming


that your changes were successfully
applied.
Next step: load rates for newly
loaded inventory.
