I am very hardworking person. Always try to do my job as good as possible.

Also I am positive and communicable, very open for new friends
● Why did you decide to work on a cruise ship? ( Чому ви вирішили
працювати на кораблі ?)
Because it is very interesting for me. I would like to get new experience
working abroad, develop myself and, of course - get some money.
● How did you choose this kind of activity? ( Як ви обрали саме цей
вид діяльності ?)
I started to work in Restaurant, when I was ..., because I needed some money
for my family. And I found this job really interesting. Serving the guests, make
a suggestions about the menu, always communicate with the smile and see nice
feedback from them - it's my pleasure.
● Why do you think it is important to know English? ( На вашу думку,
чому важливо знати англійську ?)

I think it is very important to know English, because it is international

language. A lot of guest from different countries are coming to my restaurant
and i feel good, that i can understand and serve them ) If you speak English -the
all world opens for you !)
● What are your strength / weakness? (Які ваші сильні\слабкі сторони)

Strength :

Weakness:
I even don’t know about weakness...maybe sometimes i need too much time
before making decision. I can hesitate, so it can be my small weakness.

I see myself like a successful man/woman with good salary and business plan of
opening my own restaurant)
● Do you have any achievements you are proud of? (Чи є у вас
досягнення,якими ви пишаєтеся?)
I started to work at a young age and I am proud of this, because at that time I
had an opportunity to help my family
● What is your favorite part of being waiter
Waitressing gives me the opportunity to learn on my feet and I get to serve
different customers. As there are new people in the restaurant every day, it
means every day is different.
● How did you find out about job on a cruise ship? ( Як ви дізналися
про роботу на круїзних кораблях?)
I heard that from one of my friend (...) . So I start to look for the information
in the internet, monitoring the websites, read the articles.
● Do you now what does teamwork mean
Of course, I have a knowledge about this field . Sometimes I take help from my
co-employees and develop myself in serving the customers. Also I will be there
to help my team whenever they need my help
● What is the best part to be a waitress ?
It gives chance to prove my interpersonal skills. Every guest is different, so I
have to deal with each one according to their behavior. It gives a lot of
satisfaction by serving and getting feedback from the guest. It is a chance to
present yourself and gives chance to develop in career.
● What will you do if client insulted you
I am very stress-resistant person, so I am not even pay a lot of attention on this,
because I understand people.. they can be in a bad mood or a little sad. In case,
if this situation will happen I will keep smiling , but I will ask my supervisor to
talk to thet person.
● How do you feel about sharing a cabin with a person from another
country\nationality? (Як ви ставитеся до того, щоб ділити каюту з
людиною іншої країни\національності ?)What do you value in
life/people? ( Що ви цінуєте в житті\людях ?)
Completely normal )) I respect all people !) It is very interesting to know
somethings about different nationalities and i am always open for new friends.
 ● Do you feel you are flexible enough to adapt to a new work
conditions? ( Чи відчуваєте ви себе достатньо гнучким аби
підлаштуватися до нових умов праці ?)
Yes, of course. I am very flexible person and can adopt to any work conditions,
because I have a big experience in this industry.
● Would you like to stay in America? ( Чи хотіли би ви залишитися в
Америці?)
No !) I love my country i and want to live here. I just need to earn some money
and get international experience.
