ANSWER THE FOLLOWING:

1. Among the President of the Philippines, who do you think gave the biggest
importance on Science and Technology during their term and why? Explain your
answer.

I believe Marcos has been the President that gave importance to Science and
Technology. It is evident because he initiated the projects that developed our
country such as implementing the project of express ways, windmills that
produce energies, and even infrastructures to make better roads. However, these
developments are not yet paid, and Philippines are under debt in the World Bank
due to his projects.

2. How will you promote to the “Millenials” to take part in the development of
Science and Technology? Explain your answer.

Promoting through social media is always a good idea these days. Organizing a
fun event like fairs for innovative devices or car shows can develop the interest of
“Millennials” to Science and Technology. Including it to the college curriculum
can be effective as well in encouraging teens and other generations to take part
in the development of Science and Technology.

3. If you will be an author of a Law that will give importance to Science and
Technology, what law will you make and why ? Explain your answer.

I would make a law that gives our farmers devices that could help with their
farming. In terms of planting and harvesting, there are new agricultural devices
that have been developed to help farmers by making it easier, faster, and
efficient in farming. This law would need a budget to give the Filipino farmers
these devices for free. This also gives importance to Science and Technology
because people can have a better quality at life using these Technologies.
