J: Hello Geraldine, how are you?

G: Hello doctor, I'm not feeling well, that's why I was asking for an appointment.
J: What's wrong?
G: I have a headache and a fever.
J: How long have you had this headache and fever?
G: I've been feeling sick for a couple of days, what's wrong with me?
J: I can't give you a diagnosis without asking you more about your condition. Tell me
more
G: It all started with a dry cough and then the appearance of sores in my throat, I felt
very tired but I went out to work.
J: Geraldine, did you respect your workplace protocol?
G: Well, on the news I always hear that you shouldn't go out without a double mask,
also that you should wash your hands constantly and above all that you shouldn't
spend too much time in closed spaces. And I complied with all of that.
J: I understand, but you respected the distancing at lunchtime, since at that time
everybody takes off their masks.
G: No doctor, I always have lunch with a friend. But I have talked to her and she
doesn't feel bad.
J: Did you take the covid-19 rapid test?
G: Yes, the result was positive doctor and I don't understand why, what should I do?
J: For starters, you should avoid contact with the vulnerable population. Tell me if you
have any other symptoms.
G: No doctor, just fever, headache, cough and tiredness.
J: That means you are in time to prevent it from getting worse.
G: What do you recommend?
J: I recommend more infusions with lemon, kion and more foods with garlic. Also,
vitamin C that will help boost your immune system, azithromycin and omeprazole is
essential. Also, I want you to make an appointment to check yourself personally.
G: Thank you doctor, I will follow all your recommendations.
J: Don't worry, I'll see you soon, okay?
G: Okay, I will make an appointment for this weekend. Goodbye
J: See you soon
