[I bet] most of you (us) knows about the coronavirus or covid-19 that
happens from Wuhan (and has been spreading throughout the world) to
all parts of the world. Most of the countries were having lockdown.
The citizens were told to stay in their house or self quarantine until
the (situation and) conditions are getting better. Right now, I’m
going to tell you the tips for your self quarantine and how to avoid
the virus.

Coronavirus could spread easily (not only through


handshaking or hugging, but also through the airborne).
(However)
but, you can avoid it to get into your body. First thing
that you need to do is always wash your hands after
going somewhere, after coughing or sneeze and before you
eat. Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds or by singing the
birthday song 2 times (twice).

If you really need to go outside to go to the


supermarket or pharmacy, (you should) always
bring your hand sanitizer with you and avoid
touching things that you don’t need to buy.
(You)Also (have to) avoid having eye contact or
touching hands with the cashier. If you’re sick,
don’t forget to always use (wear a) mask, because you don’t want to
spread the virus to other people. Remember, eating outside (in
restaurant or café) is not an important (a crucial) thing (to do)
right now. You could cook at home.

The most important thing is, drink much water and


(consume) healthy food. [Remember, drink much mineral
water not other drinks.] The healthy foods that you
really need to have at home are vegetables and fruits
(and vitamin C). These (kinds of) foods and drinks could avoid you
from etting the virus.
[If you have the virus and you’re in the quarantine, these tips are
also helpful for you.]

So while this virus is having a outbreak, it’s better for


you to follow these tips and just stay at home if you
think going outside is not urgent. Remember, the virus won’t get
to you if you stay healthy and clean. The virus is not always
dangereous if you stay healthy!
