(1) What is e-commerce ? Discus the advantage and


disadvantage of e-commerce ? and also explain the E-
commerce component.
Ans-> E-commerce :-> E-commerce is electronic commerce. It is made
with two words –

E & Commerce

E it means electronic network it means internet and

Commerce it means selling and purchasing.

We can easily sell and purchasing any types of things with the help of internet

When we use e-commerce then we save our important time.

E-commerce are use in business filed. In this we can exchange the business
information easily

E-commerce use for exchange the business information using following ways:-

 Electronic Data Exchange (EDE)


 Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)
 Electronic Mail (E-mail)
 Other Network.

B2B it means Business to Business
Organization. In the B2B Two business organization are available. In this
organization Seller and Buyer both Business Organization are available it
means one business organization selling the her product for second
organization.

In this process Manufaturer ,Wholesaler and Retailer have the own website .
In the Business to Business organization First manufaturer sell her product
for Wholesaler with the help of Website or manualy.

Wholesaler purchaging the product and he also sell this product for retailer
with the help of website.

In this Manufaturer , Wholesaler , Retailer all are business organization.

 B2C (Business to Consumer) :-
B2C it means Business to
Consumer Organization. In the B2C organization company directly sell her
product for consumer online with the help of Internet and her websites.

This organization are ues any time.

In the B2C Organization Consumer see the product online with the help of
website easily any where .and if which product are available on the website
which need to consumer then consumer directly order this product according
to need.

After Receive the order information company send the product for consumer
directly .

And if product are defective or demage then consumer return this product
easily with the help of websites.

C2B it means Consumer to
Business organization. In the C2B organization Consumer sell the her

C2C it means Consumer to Consumer
Organization. In the C2C Two business organization are available. In this
organization Seller and Buyer both Organization are available it means one
Consumer organization selling the her product for second Consumer
organization.

If one Consumer Send the her product for another Consumer then consumer
use some websites likes OLX, Quicker etdc.

In this organization if Consumer-1 Sell her product then Consumer-1 publish


the details of her product on the websites. And the Consumer-2 need this
product then Consumer-2 check the details of this product on this website and
directly contact consumer-1 and order this product easily.

B2A it means Business to
administration. B2A it is also known as B2G.
B2G it means Business to Government. In the B2A Business organization

C2A it means Consumer to administration. C2A it is also known as C2G.
C2G it means Consumer to Government. In the C2A organization send

1 Heigh Speed Internet :-
When we use the E-commerce then we
need to heigh speed internet because E-Commerce it means electronic
Commerce which is can not work in low speed of internet. And when
low speed net are available then e-commerce website can mnot work
properly and payment can not done with the low speed of internet.

2 Devices Need :-
When we use he e-commerce then we need to
some devices like Computer and Android Phones because without
Computer and Android Phones we can not use the e-commerce.

3 Information About Devices :-


When we use the any devices
for e-commerce like Computer and Android Phones then we have to
proper information about the Computer and Android Phones because If
we can not have Proper information then we can not use this devices
easily and we can not use the e-commerce facilities easily.

address which we give .

can missuse .

E-Commerce :-
E-commerce is a completely online process . E-Commerce can have one
to one marketing.E-commerce is a electronic or digital mode. E-
commerce can have online payment mode or cash on delivery mode. E-
commerce have 24*7 accessability and service available.E-commerce
scop in all over the world. E-commerce provide the lot of discount. In
this have platform for exchange information. In this we can give the
payment with the help of credit card , debit card , net banking , google
pay , phone pay , paytm etc.
