CAREER OBJECTIVE
A proficient, forward thinking and enthusiastic graduate in Marketing Management who possess great
interpersonal and client handling skills which can be channeled to produce excellent customer
experience at your organization. Also, I am currently pursuing Master’s in Business Administration
(MBA) at Midlands State University thus seeking a position where I can Learn, Practice and grow my
skills and fuel them to the overall success of the company.

Sales Representative
-In charge of providing superior customer service which meet and exceed customer
expectations.
-Turn every potential/prospective customer into an actual customer. (Generating leads).
-Meeting and exceeding daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
-Preparing weekly and monthly action and management departmental reports.
Marketing Department
-Establishing marketing strategies that are in tandem with customer needs through Company
Internal Channels. For example, the sales rep that interacts with customer on a daily basis or
through Company External Channels i.e engaging customers in our various social media
platforms.

Friday promotions, discounts, pop a balloon e.t.c to increase our sales and market growth.

- Facilitating customers on how to access the Club plus Loans.
Merchandiser
-planning and developing departmental merchandising strategies so as to generate traffic and
create interest by presenting products in the most attractive way possible.
-clearly labelling merchandise so that customers can quickly pinpoint and find what there are
looking for.
-putting up promotional material such as banners and signs e.g Black Friday Sales promotions
discounted posts amongst others.
Cashier
-responsible for processing transactions and importantly provision of a positive customer
experience with a friendly and courteous service.
