Dear Parent,
The COVID 19 pandemic has raged through our lives, bringing with it a host of
physical, social and mental problems. At this time, our main solace has been
spiritual strength. In order to reinforce the immense value of faith, a retreat has
been organised for our students.
A one-hour session has been scheduled on Monday & Tuesday for all students.
Students are divided into different groups and sessions have been allotted in such
a way that every student gets a one-hour session on both days.
Adoration is organized for Christian students as per the given timings:
Monday, 06 September 2021 for Classes VII, VIII & IX (03:00pm to 04:00pm)
&
Tuesday, 07 September 2021 for Classes X, XI & XII (03:00pm to 04:00pm).
Parents are also welcome to attend the one-hour adoration. Topics relevant to the
present scenario will be discussed, alongside live music.
The retreat is conducted by many talented and child friendly youngsters along with
Fr. C J Dominic, OFM & Fr. Bobby Jose, CAP.
Kindly note:
• The Annual Retreat will be conducted on MONDAY, 06 SEPTEMBER
2021 & TUESDAY, 07 SEPTEMBER 2021.
• There will be no online classes for Classes I-IX on these days.
• Classes X-XII will have special classes. Class-teachers will share the time-
table.
• It is compulsory for all students to attend the retreat.
• Separate sessions will be conducted for Christians and Non-Christians.
• The Annual Retreat will be conducted on ZOOM Platform.
• You may download ZOOM from https://zoom.us/download.
 • Sign in to zoom with your email id and make sure that your email id is
active.
• Class-wise schedule of the annual retreat is attached herewith.
• On both days students are expected to join the CT period on Teams.
▪ Classes I to VIII : 07:30am to 07:40am
▪ Classes IX to XII : 07:20am to 07:30am
• The class teacher will share the joining link and password for each session
15 minutes prior to the session in the class WhatsApp group. you may join
the sessions using the same.
