    Dear parents,

    Greetings!!
    In continuation to our earlier circular and as per the instructions received from HB and Embassy of India,
    Riyadh, the school SMC has decided to extend co-education up to Grade IV with effect from the New
    Academic year 2022-2023. We hope this will inculcate an early understanding of Gender equality and an
    environment of mutual respect.
    Following are the details of the school timings during the month of Ramadan.
    BLOCKS SECTION TIMINGS
    (Sunday to Thursday)
    L.KG, U.KG & Special Care All Sections 8:00AM to 11:00AM1
    Main Building)
    Junior Primary Section (Near Hardees)
    Grade I &II (Boys &Girls) All Sections 8:00 AM to 12:15 PM
    Senior Primary Section (Near SJB)
    Grade -Ill &IV(Boys& Girls) A,C.FHJLN,P.S,U 8:00AM to 12:15 PM
    Senior Primary Section (Near SJB)
    Grade V(Girls) All Sections 8:00AM to 12:15 PM
    Senior Primary Section (Ext 1 - Main Building)

    Grade -IIl& IV (Boys &Girls) B.D.E.G.K,MQ.R,T,W,X 8:45AM to 1:00 PM


    Girls' Section (Silver Jubilee Block)
    Grade- VIto XII All Sections 8:00 AM to 12:15 PM
    Boys' Section (Main Building)
    Grade- V to XII All Sections 8:45AM to 1:00 PM
    7:30AM to 1:00 PM
    Admin Office &
    Saturdays-8:30 AM to 11:30 AM

    NOTE:
    The students of Grade IlI &IV (Boys & Girls) will be shuffled, for the implementation of co-education.
    The respective class teachers will inform to the students about their newly allotted sections through
    WhatsApp groups.
    The school will function for full-fledged physical classes for all the grades (no online teaching) from
    the new academic year with effect from 3td April' 2022.
    The regular school schedule, after Ramadan will be intimated in due course of time.
    There will be a separate circular soon with regard to school outsourced transportation services.
