    Sub: Reduced School timings

    Keeping the rise in temperature in view, it has been decided to reduce the school timings for
    the students as follows with effect from Tuesday i.e. 13.06.2023 to Wednesday, 21.06.2023.

    BLOCKS TIMINGS

    L.KG, U.KG & Special Care (Main Building) Suspended till 21.06.2023

    Junior Primary Section (Near Hardees) Suspended till 21.06.2023


    Grade I & II (Boys & Girls)
    Senior Primary Section 1
    (Ext 1 - Main Building) 7:45 AM to 11:00 AM
    Grade -III to V (Boys & Girls)
    Senior Primary Section (Near SJB)
    Grade III to V (Girls) 7:00 AM to 10:15 AM
    Senior Boys’ Section
    Grade -VI to VIII 7:45 AM to 11:00 AM
    Senior Girls’ Section
    Grade -VI to VIII 7:00 AM to 10:15 AM
    Senior Secondary Girls’ Section 7:00 AM to 10:15 AM
    Grade IX & X (9.15 AM to 10.15 AM - Exam)
    Senior Secondary Boys’ Section 7:45 AM to 11:00 AM

    1. The school transport users will be picked up from the respective bus stops before 30 min
    of their usual timings.
    2. Parents are requested to give clear instructions to the private transport drivers.
    3. 22.06.2023 will be a holiday for all the children. However, all the staff will attend the
    school till 22.06.2023
    4. The leaving time for the staff during these days will be informed separately
