vaccinations for COVID-19.

INTRODUCTION

● Attention Getter: ABOUT GEN Z’S OPINIONS BEING HEARD, BEING VALUED, BEING CONSIDERED AND NOT
FORCED INTO WHAT THE MAJORITY OR ADULTS THINK THEY SHOULD DO with the vaccine.

● Short Overview and Relevance of the Report: The COVID-19 vaccination will be an important tool to help stop the
pandemic. A growing body of evidence suggests that fully vaccinated people are less likely to be infected without
showing symptoms (called an asymptomatic infection) and potentially less likely to spread the virus that causes
COVID-19 to others according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

CONCLUSION
● Reviewing the Main Points:
● Emphasizing Important Details:
● Drawing Connections/Conclusions:

Let us establish an era with the foundation of the voices and choices of the members of the youth, the members

of this world’s future. The COVID-19 vaccination will be an important tool to help stop the pandemic. A growing body of

evidence suggests that fully vaccinated people are less likely to be infected without showing symptoms (called an

asymptomatic infection) and potentially less likely to spread the virus that causes COVID-19 to others according to the

Center for Disease Control and Prevention, according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The grade 10 -

Romulo Students of batch 2020-2021, members of the youth who are no strangers to this soaring pandemic. This research

was collated through the cooperation of the members of the youth who plays a significant role in the challenging present

and bright future of the expanding society, on that account, members of the youth should have the freedom to express

their standpoints and opinions on the on going vaccinations for COVID-19, vis-a-vis their various vital perspectives,

favored offered vaccines, along with the progressions locally and internationally.

Amidst this pending global phenomenon, Scientists, Katalin Kariko, invested their time and knowledge in

laboratories in order to produce vaccines that will hopefully be the remedy to this detrimental virus. The members of the

youth being one of the prominent witnesses and victims of the obstacle, surely formulated their vital perspectives on the

ongoing vaccinations. Although a small-scale yet still sizable minority of youth say they are not enthusiastic on getting

vaccinated, probably because their choice will rely upon safety, or their families, teens and young adults are eligible for

COVID-19 vaccination across the world, and younger teens await their turn, as they are eager to get vaccinated or they

already have. Based on the survey results, it indicated a strong correlation between the respondents’ scale of willingness

to be vaccinated and the reason behind their eagerness or refusal on getting vaccinated. All of the respective respondents

from grade 10 - Romulo have not undergone the process of COVID-19 vaccinations as of the dates April 21, 2021 until April

23, 2021. On the honest scale of 1 to 10, 26.7% of the respondents chose 8 as their scale of willingness to get vaccinated.

20% still remains in between the scale, which is 5. Scales 6, 7, 9, and 10 being the highest, all got 13. 3% votes yet none of

the respondents answered the scale below 5. Their willingness in participating in these medical movements is definitely

associated with their diverse reasons and opinions on vaccinations. Particularly, the majority of the respondents’ grounds

are due to their concern towards their safety and immunity from the probability of getting infected by the virus, with one

particular respondent stating that she agrees to get vaccinated because she believes that it increases her safety, as well as

those of the people around her. Relying upon the questions and results from the survey, it is a must to consider the factors

of why the respondents all agree on getting vaccinated and also their important opinions. “First, the vaccinations will

protect the individual and the community as it is the most effective way to protect against the infectious virus. Tt will

strengthen their immune system by training it to recognise and fight against COVID-19, and of course they are protecting

themselves and helping to protect the whole community when they get vaccinated. Second, it helps reduce COVID-19 in

the community which can spread quickly and widely. When enough people in the community are vaccinated, it slows

down the spread of disease. Achieving herd immunity is a long-term goal. It usually requires a large amount of the

population to be vaccinated. Lastly, it reduces the health, social and economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic with

higher vaccination rates makes outbreaks much less likely. It also reduces the need for preventive measures, such as

border closures and travel restrictions.” (Australian Government Department of Health, 2021). NEED PA CLOSING

Their participation in programs like free breakfast and reduced lunch helped to assuage daily hunger and general

happiness, but their concern over food insecurity remained.
