Project Charter
Opportunity–To launch an app which will cater to all the people and make it convenient for
them to order food within few clicks and get the food deliver to their door steps especially in the
time of COVID-19 pandemic.
Project Goal–The goal of this project is to get 15 thousand downloads within the first month of
app launch and acquire at least 500 daily active users by the end of the month.

Communication:
 Project head will be communicating strategies about the projectwith various ad agencies
and app development agency
 They will be in constant contact with the team members via personal meetings, phone
calls or emails
 There will bein housepersonal meetings with the internal team forplanning, obtaining
metrics and compiling weekly reports on project status
 The team will be communicating with the customers through the social media platforms.
Deliverables:
 The application will get ready after acquiring the license to operate digitally
 The marketing team will also be ready which will include advertisement agency who will
handle the social media promotion, customer interactions and also a customer service
team who will confirm orders and cater to any grievances of customers
 Trainings will be provided for the customer support team
 The logistics team will also get ready by the end with a proper and firm supply chain
