Introduction

We are pleased to announce the release of FastReact Evolve & Align 4.48 to all our customers. This new release is freely
available to all users with a valid support and maintenance contract. Evolve 4.48 contains a range of new features, general
enhancements and fixes. You may already have an interim version containing some of these new options but may be unaware of
all the extra features. This release upgrades version 4.47.

The following document aims to highlight the main changes and enhancements plus a list of resolved issues. Some of the
features and functions below are licensed options so if you have any questions regarding the features and fixes detailed in this
document please contact your Account Manager to arrange an overview or a detailed training session.

NEW ENHANCEMENTS AND ADDITIONAL FUCNTIONALITY

21522 Production update screen can now display multiple orders simultaneously

A new production update screen allows multiple orders to be selected and displayed ready to be updated by the
user

19500 System recommended adjustments for a late strip to meet its delivery date

New functionality to allow the user to right click on a late strip and have the system recommend an amount of
overtime or an increase in capacity factor to make the strip on time

Users can now record an actual efficiency against a plan row for each product type and use the actual efficiency
value in the row sorting section of a low level APS routine.

An additional score ‘Average Efficiency (planned)’ has been added to the low level plan score, this new efficiency
score is calculated by excluding gaps in the plan.

An additional score ‘Average Earnings (planned)’ has been added to the low level plan score, this new score is
calculated using the Cost to Make field to give the average earning per planned minute.
