Schools should introduce activities after class.

In the modern era, the activities after school are always a topic of debate and have gained public
attention. School is a second home for students; it is important for adolescents to participate in
extracurricular activities after school. The benefits of extracurricular activities are extensive, but there
are some drawbacks too. This essay will discuss both these aspects and hence will lead to a logical
conclusion.

Activities after school have some advantages. Firstly, extracurricular activities help to develop
teamwork and strategic thinking improvements because children began to appreciate what is good
for the whole team. Also, students who participate in these activities improve their academic scores
and social life. For instance, a recent study demonstrated that both children and adolescents
experienced significant academic gains by taking part in after school programs. Furthermore, some
parents put their students in after-school programs in order to give them a supervised, safe place to
spend time.

Besides, the extra classroom activities can be a great time for children to explore different talents
because children get the change to demonstrate talents and learn skills they may not get to in
school. For example, it can help pupils develop socialization skill away from the structure of the
classroom because these give kids to interact freely, and they are allowed to fail and then learn from
their failure. On the other side, one criticism of after-school activities is that they provide too much
rigidity within a child's life.

To conclude, we can say that activities after school are equally important for children for their
development. So, school should introduce such activities.
