To all the ever-supportive parents, my co-teachers, all graduates, Good morning. As the school head and
adviser of Grade 6 Bolingan Elementary school, I greatly appreciated the efforts of these students,
parents and teachers in continuing education and to have this virtual graduation despite in this trying
times. I wonder how we get this through even this tough times and education must go on amidst
pandemic. Even though this is new to us, but look at us, we are able to adjust to what they said this
“new normal” and now, we are all here to witness this joyous event for the graduates. I hereby declare 2
females and 1 male of grade 6 students of Bolingan Elementary School, with the total of 3 students who
are successfully and passed this school year 2020-2021 and Certify them to the next level of their
journey. Once again, To the graduates, Congratulations on your well-deserved success.
