Computer Parts: Similar to the Human Body

Computers are crucial in this generation since they allow easy access to information,
details, data investigation, and so on. It is required in our daily life because today's kids require
computers to create projects and reduce paper work. Computers also make it easier for us to
communicate and reach out to others. A computer is similar to a human body in that it cannot
work without the CPU or brain, which is the most vital portion of the body.

Starting from head to toe, first is the nervous system which is the mother board of a computer.
The motherboard connects all of the computer's components. It is the conduit for all electrical
signals. All other components are lifeless without a motherboard. Next is the speaker or the
mouth. Both of these devices are output devices. They generate the information that the
computer need. Next is the CPU or the spinal cord. A chip on the motherboard that is in charge
of processing instructions (commands) from the hard disk (brain). It has complete control over
the computer's operations. It receives instructions from the brain in the same way that the spinal
cord does (hard drive). Next is the mouse/keyboard which is the hands. Both of these devices are
input devices. They're utilized to input and output data and instructions to and from the
computer. Next is the web cam or the eyes. The webcam detects light and sends signals to the
visual and the computer's CPU via the optic lens. The eyes work in the same way, sending visual
impulses to the brain via optic nerves. Next, the microphone or the ears. Microphone receives
sound waves and sends it into the computer for processing. Then, the monitor as the face. This is
a gadget for generating output. It has a display panel that shows what the computer is doing or
how it feels. The human face, too, has a variety of expressions. And lastly, system case or the
skin. The computer now has a distinct shape. It describes a computer by informing us more about
it and how it reacts to the environment. The same may be said of human skin, which defines the
human body.
