Organization: SOLARERA SVP RENEWABLES LLP ( From October 2020 till Till date)
Worked as a Solar O&M Manager handling a portfolio of more than 100MW +
Rooftop as well as ground mounted.

• Handled operations and maintenance of MW based solar PV plants.

• Monitored maintenance of 110/33 KV or 33/11 KV grid substation, protective relays &
associated equipment’s and inverters.

• Extensive knowledge of renewable energy, instrumentation control systems and in depth
knowledge of solar power generation system, and procedures.
• Plant and grid down time and Failure Analysis of all the electrical m/c & instruments.
• Reporting to Management and responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Operations &
Maintenance activities of the plant.
• Responsible for smooth functioning of all operations of PV Solar Power Plant and implementing
effective techniques to bring efficiency in performance of the plant.
• Quality verification of electrical works which performed by contractor and Responsible for

• 5 KWp at Thakurli with CIGS Solar Panels.
• 5 KWp at Madh Island with CIGS Solar Panels.
• 66 KWp at Madh Island.
• 17 KWp at Seawoods, Navi mumbai.

Organization: NANO SOLARS ( From March 2019 till October 2019)

Worked as a Project Coordinator. Assisting the Sales and Marketing team for better
Understanding of Solar CIGS Modules.
Handled Multi-projects which had its own versatility also the management of work with its
said time of delivery.
• Evaluation of the project modules and reviewing for the best.
• To create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects.
• To develop standard operation procedures and quality, safety standards for solar installation
work.
• To provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up,

Mounted.
